VISTO:

La conformación “Comité de Cuencas Arroyo Totoras y Canales Salto Grande – Serodino” y su próxima convocatoria a Asamblea General; y,

CONSIDERANDO:

Que de acuerdo al cumplimiento de la Ley N° 9830 y su Decreto Reglamentario N° 4960/86, corresponde la designación de los representantes Titulares y Suplentes en representación de la Municipalidad de Armstrong;

POR ELLO:

EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE ARMSTRONG, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE

ARTÍCULO 1°: Desígnense como Delegados para representar a la Municipalidad de Armstrong, ante el “Comité de Cuencas de Arroyo Totoras y Canales Salto Grande – Serodino”.
